Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: April 17, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules for how you may use SuperManager AGI and its autonomous agent system, ADA. Because ADA can access live company data and execute real actions at scale, misuse carries significant risk — both to you and to others. This policy exists to define the boundaries clearly.

Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

1. Permitted Use

SuperManager AGI is designed for legitimate business operations, including:

  • Automating internal business workflows and task management
  • Accessing and analyzing your organization's own data to generate insights and complete work
  • Coordinating work across teams, systems, and departments using ADA agents
  • Reducing manual overhead in business operations through autonomous task execution

2. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Platform or direct ADA to:

Unauthorized Data Access

  • Access data belonging to individuals or organizations you are not authorized to access
  • Use ADA to bypass access controls, authentication systems, or data permissions
  • Extract, scrape, or exfiltrate data for purposes outside your own business operations

Illegal or Harmful Activity

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or legal obligation
  • Facilitate fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
  • Engage in harassment, stalking, or targeted harm against individuals
  • Violate the privacy rights of employees, customers, or third parties

Platform Abuse

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract ADA's underlying models or logic
  • Use the Platform to build a competing product or service
  • Probe, test, or attack the Platform's infrastructure or security controls
  • Circumvent usage limits, billing controls, or access restrictions
  • Introduce malware, malicious code, or destructive agents into the platform

Autonomous Action Misuse

  • Direct ADA to take irreversible or high-impact actions without appropriate human review controls
  • Use ADA to make consequential decisions about individuals (employment, credit, access) without human oversight
  • Weaponize autonomous agents against third parties, competitors, or systems you do not own

3. Your Responsibility for ADA's Actions

ADA executes tasks based on your prompts. You are accountable for the instructions you give. This means:

  • You are responsible for reviewing ADA's output before acting on consequential results
  • You must ensure that any data ADA accesses within your environment is covered by appropriate internal authorizations
  • You are liable for any harm caused by prompts you issue, even if the resulting action was carried out by ADA

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any misuse of the Platform — by your own users or others — report it immediately to support@supermanager.co. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate access — with or without notice — where a violation is confirmed or credibly suspected. We are not obligated to provide warnings before enforcement action.

6. Changes to This Policy

This AUP may be updated as the Platform evolves. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
